Connoisseur Building Services provides a completely free bespoke consultation and quotation service so that you are fully aware of exactly what the work they are planning will involve, and that includes the costs. connoisseur is also able to provide fixed price packages for extensions, attic and loft conversions, and conservatories so there wont be any hidden extras to pay for.

These are idea for customers who want to save money on the cost of moving house and extend their existing residence.

All building works undertaken by Connoisseur Renovations are fully insured and guaranteed. References from previous projects of all scales are available for clients to view, upon request.


We don't have "special" or seasonal discounts, as we maintain
all year around competitive pricing such as:
  • 4m x 3m Flat roofed extension from £12500 + vat (includes plastered walls, ceilings, 4 double electric points and lights, suspended or solid floor - ready for decoration and carpet!) No hidden extras
  • 2 storey 4m x 3m pitched roof extension from £28,500 + vat (includes plastered walls and ceilings, stairs, power and lights up and downstairs) No hidden costs
  • 3m x 3m Dwarf wall Victorians style uPvc Conservatory £6,500 + vat (includes 1 set french doors, all top openers, opal roof, base, 2 double sockets, wall light, and plastering) No hidden extras
  • 3m x 3m as above but georgian style £7,000 + vat
  • 5m x 4m as above but p-shaped £9,500 + vat
  • 4m x 3m lean to style, full height £5,000 + vat
